Overview

  • Lead strategic initiatives for registered fund operations in a dynamic financial services environment, driving growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to enhance investment offerings and develop impactful partnerships.
  • Oversee fund operations, marketing strategies, and investor relations to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wealth management platforms and distribution channels to expand reach.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for accurate reporting and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials, presentations, and updates to support investor engagement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives for registered fund operations.
  • Support investor communications and manage liquidity processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee fund operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations and investor updates.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to manage distributions, liquidity, and investor communications.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with distribution platforms and wealth management channels.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and oversee recurring reporting for investors and the Board, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Drive growth of registered fund operations by implementing innovative strategies and initiatives.
  • Support investor relations activities, including quarterly calls and portfolio reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services or investment management; 12 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in 1940 Act Funds and private markets is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Professional demeanor with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.
