Estimator Overview

  • The Estimator role involves evaluating project costs and preparing detailed budgets for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and resource allocation.
  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive cost breakdowns.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing project budgets.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry standards and pricing trends.

Estimator Key Responsibilities & Duties
