Nurse Director of Rehabilitation Job Requirements
- Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Minimum of two years of senior living or long-term care experience.
- Two years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory; MSN preferred.
- CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days of hire is required.
- Progressive nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or assisted living settings is preferred.
- Strong ability to inspire, coach, and develop nursing teams.
