- The Job Captain will oversee project design, documentation, and delivery under limited direction, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop technical specifications and architectural detailing for diverse projects.
- Engage in creative problem-solving, ensuring innovative solutions are applied to design challenges.
- Prepare and review construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and client facility standards.
- Utilize Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality design deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings, documenting discussions and decisions effectively for team reference.
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to design specifications.
- Support training and development initiatives by undertaking higher-level assignments as required.

Job Captain Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited program required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation; 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong design orientation with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Competent knowledge of building codes, guidelines, and contract document production.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document conversations accurately.
