Senior Estimator Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and availability.
• Develop and maintain cost databases to ensure accurate and efficient estimating processes.
• Collaborate with project managers to align estimates with project goals and budgets.

Senior Estimator Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimating; 10 years preferred.
