Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and maintain a complex and evolving executive calendar with accuracy and foresight.
- Coordinate extensive domestic travel arrangements, ensuring seamless transitions and scheduling buffers.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, summarizing key information for executive review.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and briefing information for board and executive meetings.
- Track deadlines, commitments, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of action items and follow-up responsibilities for executive meetings.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate executive priorities.
- Partner with the legal team to ensure seamless administrative coordination and support.
Executive Assistant Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or legal professionals.
- Preferred experience includes 7 years in similar roles within legal departments or law firms.
- Exceptional skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and communication handling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
