Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Treasury Clerk Overview

  • The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Treasury Clerk will manage financial transactions, cash reconciliations, and treasury activities in a hybrid work environment.
  • Support the transition from QuickBooks to Sage, ensuring smooth financial operations during implementation.
  • Handle AP/AR processes, including payments, collections, and cash projections.
  • Collaborate with the team on-site 1-2 days weekly, with flexibility for remote work.
  • Utilize Concur for travel and expense management, transitioning to RAMP in the future.
  • Contribute to a dynamic environment with potential for permanent placement after the contract period.
  • Ensure availability to start immediately, supporting critical financial operations.

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Treasury Clerk Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Manage cash reconciliations and projections to support financial planning.
  • Oversee treasury activities, including payments and collections.
  • Assist in implementing Sage software, transitioning from QuickBooks.
  • Utilize Concur for travel and expense management, preparing for RAMP adoption.
  • Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Provide immediate support to maintain financial operations during system transitions.

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Treasury Clerk Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential; experience with Sage is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Concur for expense management; knowledge of RAMP is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial transactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
