• Leverage advanced tools and analytics platforms to enhance valuation accuracy and reporting capabilities.
• Travel as needed for aircraft inspections, appraiser/broker meetings, conferences, and deal-related diligence.

Asset Management Director Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct collateral valuation and appraisal reviews for business aircraft financings, producing defensible value conclusions for committee use.
• Monitor portfolio aircraft for value, maintenance, and market risk, proactively addressing deterioration or covenant concerns.
• Lead remarketing and sale efforts for aircraft collateral, negotiating with buyers and lessees effectively.
• Review aircraft-specific legal and transaction documentation, ensuring asset-related terms and risks are properly addressed.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and data analytics platforms for scenario analysis and reporting enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless asset management processes and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to support operational goals and objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Asset Management Director Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and eligibility to work in the United States.
• ASA certification and 7+ years of relevant business aviation industry experience.
• Direct experience in business aircraft financings, from valuation through credit approval and closing.
• Proficiency in aircraft management company operations and familiarity with legal/transaction documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
• Experience with AI-powered tools, data analytics platforms, and advanced Excel modeling.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for inspections and meetings.
