Manager, HRIS & Analytics Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, or workforce analytics, with significant Workday expertise.
- Proven experience leading HR technology projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in reporting and business intelligence tools like Power BI or SQL.
- Strong understanding of HR data governance, compliance requirements, and reporting best practices.
- Ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and business operations.
- Workday certifications and experience with analytics tools preferred.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
