• Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and time constraints while adhering to client requirements.

Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Initiate and direct coordination with engineering disciplines, guiding system selection and integration.
• Perform in-depth architectural and engineering quality control checks and cost estimations.
• Promote sustainable design practices and encourage marketing involvement within the team.
• Prepare statements of probable cost and oversee the production of construction documents.
• Assist project managers in setting project scope and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Manage permitting processes, bidding procedures, and construction administration services.
• Conduct research, apply applicable codes, and coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Mentor, teach, and lead team members while promoting professional growth and development.
• Resolve design issues, answer technical questions, and ensure quality control throughout projects.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) with active architectural licensure.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional architectural office.
• Comprehensive understanding of building construction methods, techniques, and model codes.
• Proficiency in research, planning, design, construction documents, and administration.
• Experience in sustainable design practices and marketing involvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure quality control throughout production.
• Strong skills in client interaction, problem-solving, and technical issue resolution.
