Vice President, Risk Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Gather and analyze reputational risk information from third-party vendors, deal teams, and client meetings.
- Evaluate exposure to corruption, fraud, litigation, regulatory, and conflicts of interest risks.
- Document findings in concise memos for business and risk review.
- Oversee operational due diligence processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Apply investigative judgment to probe inconsistencies and resolve open issues.
- Support execution of risk and control self-assessments to mitigate risks across business activities.
- Coordinate regulatory, financial crimes, and forensic inputs for cohesive deal approval analysis.
- Develop dashboards and management insights using Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and AI tools.
- Prepare reporting and presentation materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
Vice President, Risk Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience, with 6 years preferred, in risk management or related areas.
- Proficiency in risk analysis tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex risk scenarios effectively.
- Experience in operational due diligence and reputational risk management.
