Executive Director Hospital Pharmacy Services Job Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience within a health system or similar setting.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience or ASHP HSPAL residency plus 4 years of leadership experience.
• Licensed Pharmacist certification within 60 days of hire.
• Expertise in pharmacy automation, robotics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong skills in operational optimization and process-improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead organizational change and guide teams through modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements for medication-use systems.
• Advanced 340B Operations Certificate preferred within 2 years of hire.
