Paralegal Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support attorneys in managing class action litigation, including document preparation and case file organization.
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Utilize e-discovery platforms to manage and analyze case data effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and external parties to gather necessary information.

Paralegal Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in class action cases.
- Proficiency with e-discovery platforms such as Relativity or Everlaw is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Pacer and legal research tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing case files.
