Estimator Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project specifications and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing strategies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to develop precise cost projections.

Estimator Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation; 5 years preferred.

• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
