Designer Overview

• The Designer role involves creating innovative architectural designs and construction documentation within a hybrid work environment.
• Collaborate with consultants and production staff to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Revit for 3D modeling, family creation, and detailed drafting tasks.
• Prepare compelling presentations, including 3D renderings and walkthrough animations.
• Contribute to all phases of design, from conceptualization to construction observation.
• Maintain strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs aligned with client needs.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and adhere to high-quality standards.

Designer Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and maintain Revit models for various architectural projects.
• Develop comprehensive construction document sets with minimal oversight.
• Create functional program-driven designs that meet client requirements.
• Select design components to craft unique and purposeful spaces.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Prepare detailed renderings and documentation for client presentations.
• Coordinate effectively with production staff and consultants.
• Participate in construction observation and ensure design integrity.

Designer Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an architectural office; 8 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit for construction documents, modeling, and drafting.
• Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Healthcare project experience and Core & Shell/Base Building experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Licensure in home jurisdiction is a plus but not mandatory.
