Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery of contracted scope in assigned projects.
• Create and manage timelines, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Align expectations and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Track delivery against scope, initiate change management, and monitor financials.
• Identify and address project risks, escalations, and reporting requirements.
• Support client engagement requests, audits, and sales initiatives as needed.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, SOPs, and organizational requirements.

Project Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial industry standards and processes highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, project management software, and file management systems.
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and secure data management standards.
• Exceptional multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Interest in obtaining PMP certification is a plus.
