Office Manager Overview

  • The Office Manager will oversee daily operations and administrative activities in a dynamic law firm environment.

Office Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise office administration staff, ensuring performance and managing absences effectively.
  • Coordinate office space planning, maintenance, and renovations for optimal functionality.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with building management for facilities and maintenance issues.
  • Troubleshoot office equipment issues and liaise with repair vendors as needed.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, maintaining inventory levels efficiently.

Office Manager Job Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in office administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
