Investor Services Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Shadow third-party fund administrators to ensure accurate and timely investor data recording across the investment platform.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, exchanges, distributions, and capital calls within the investor relationship management system.
• Review investor statements, including management fees, incentive fees, and profit and loss activity, for approval and timely release.
• Prepare analysis of investor capital activity across multiple investment strategies and fund structures.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting to reconcile investor services and accounting data and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with Technology to enhance reporting capabilities and improve transaction management processes.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with Tax, Compliance, and other teams on investor operations matters.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through AI tools, Excel automation, and administrator-side improvements.
• Provide support during periods of increased activity, including fund launches, closes, and quarter-end operations.

Investor Services Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, investor services, or related functions.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, including fee structures, capital activity, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Comfortable adopting new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce and third-party fund administration platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of AML, FATCA, and CRS regulations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across multiple functional teams.
