Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Overview
- The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager oversees strategic financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support organizational goals and decision-making.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and department heads to ensure alignment of financial and corporate objectives.
- Leads the development and optimization of FP&A processes, ensuring data integrity and system utilization improvements.
- Prepares financial components for board packages and presentations, contributing to strategic discussions and decisions.
- Builds and maintains dynamic financial models to evaluate impacts of cost changes and process improvements.
- Analyzes financial, operational, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for organizational growth.
- Collaborates with accounting and other departments to execute ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Evaluates and implements tools to enhance financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8-15 years of professional experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities and financial detail orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
