Job Captain Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the proposal development process, including strategy, content creation, and production.
- Collaborate with Principals, senior staff, and subconsultants to create compelling proposals.
- Support interview preparation, presentations, and award submissions alongside the Marketing Manager.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Contribute to the enhancement of proposal processes and content libraries.
- Ensure branding consistency and high visual quality in all project deliverables.
- Develop strategic narratives and compelling content for architectural proposals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Job Captain Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or related field required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) industry; five years preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with advanced writing capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong graphic design skills with attention to layout and branding consistency.
- Ability to develop strategic and compelling narratives for architectural projects.
