Director of Case Management Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field required.
- Minimum five years of experience in a Case Management position.
- Licensed clinician in your state or grandfathered prior to April 1, 2015.
- Preferred qualifications include CCM certification and knowledge of Milliman and InterQual criteria.
- Strong analytical skills for problem identification and data evaluation.
- Experience in basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Current BCLS certificate preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams effectively.
