Superintendent Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil construction; 8 years preferred.

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
