Senior Manager, Finance & Fulfillment Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage departmental budgets, financial projections, and long-term financial plans to ensure organizational sustainability.
• Analyze financial results, variances, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support fulfillment operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics optimization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between finance, accounting, and operations teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Monitor and improve fulfillment operations KPIs, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Provide strategic support for financial modeling, ad hoc reporting, and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while fostering continuous improvement.

Senior Manager, Finance & Fulfillment Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance, budgeting, accounting, and/or fulfillment operations, including managerial experience.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and balance sheet analysis.
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or fulfillment operations is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Excel for analyzing large datasets and developing financial reports.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills.
