Compensation Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

Compensation Analyst Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, analytics, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
