Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure accurate allocation of PNL and expenses for compensation calculations.
- Calculate variable compensation for employees with complex structures.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain reconciliations of compensation expenses.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the variable compensation platform.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance platform functionality.

Senior Accountant Job Requirements
