• Partner with IT teams to optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities, focusing on SAP enhancements.
• Contribute to the transition of completed projects to operational teams, ensuring seamless financial integration.
• Engage with global stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial performance, reporting, and governance standards.
• Travel up to 50% to support project implementation, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional meetings.

• Manage project-related accounting activities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Develop and monitor capital expenditure budgets, forecasts, and reporting to align with approved project plans.
• Establish internal financial controls and governance processes for project-related activities.
• Prepare and present financial reporting, performance updates, and metrics to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement financial systems and reporting solutions for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial operations and enable better decision-making.

Finance Project Leader Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with 5 years in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and capital project accounting.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP expertise strongly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex financial information clearly.
