Senior Associate, Investment Operations Private Credit Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead deal execution processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely and accurate transaction completion.
• Capture and maintain trading activity within the Order Management System, ensuring accurate IBOR positions and records.
• Manage wire payment processes, ensuring efficient deal funding and settlement while adhering to operational controls.
• Coordinate private asset transfers and manage daily production tasks, including cash forecasting and positioning.
• Research and resolve cash and position breaks in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute reports to support operational and management decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Senior Associate, Investment Operations Private Credit Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline preferred; all majors considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, with expertise in investment operations and private credit.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience, including performance management and employee development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate or advanced skills.
• Strong ability to evaluate complex issues, exercise judgment, and make risk-based decisions.
• Experience interpreting credit and purchase agreements is advantageous.
• Knowledge of loan servicing platforms like Aladdin Loan Manager is a plus.
