• Proven track record in building and scaling finance organizations and operating models.
• Expertise in financial reporting, cost allocation, and technology implementation.
• Exceptional discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, and experience with non-profit accounting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a long-term strategic outlook.
• Ability to lead transactions, including real estate and debt financings.
