Advisory Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting, demonstrating strong academic foundations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a Big 4 firm, with additional industry experience preferred.
• CPA certification or progression towards CPA is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in technical auditing, analysis, and understanding of FASB standards and U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in diagnosing financial issues and implementing evidence-based solutions for organizational change.
