VP of Transformation Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as the project manager for the finance data platform, coordinating with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a business analyst, translating team needs into actionable requirements and supporting iterative design processes.
• Drive adoption of generative AI tools, applying them to enhance workflows and deliverables.
• Develop strategic plans for the group, framing challenges and evaluating solutions for long-term success.
• Collaborate with leadership to align priorities and manage deadlines across concurrent initiatives.
• Implement process improvements across teams, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
• Provide quantitative analysis and ensure accuracy in data outputs, leveraging advanced Excel skills.
• Engage in strategic and tactical decision-making, balancing delegation with ownership of critical tasks.

VP of Transformation Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in business analysis and product ownership, translating needs into impactful requirements.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and coordinating priorities across leadership teams.
• Strong project management skills, structuring complex initiatives and mitigating risks effectively.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, applying them to enhance work processes.
