Finance Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop expertise across treasury, finance, fund reporting, and tax compliance through cross-training and hands-on experience.
• Support day-to-day operations, including cash management, margin analysis, tax estimates, and compliance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement solutions leveraging AI tools and data systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers, such as prime brokers and accounting firms.
• Lead or contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses within the finance team and across the firm.

Finance Associate Job Requirements
