Physical Therapy Manager

Summary:

The Physical Therapy Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of activities in the Physical Therapy department and providing direct patient care. This position reports to the Director of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic

· Supervise, train and mentor all staff

· Complete performance reviews

· Maintain a safe clinical environment

· Communicate with referring physicians as needed

· Ensure all staff members are adhering to billing compliance and productivity standards

· Ensure Medicare compliance as well as all state and federal regulatory requirements

Requirements:

· 3-5 years physical therapy experience, preferably in a managerial position in outpatient care

· Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience

· Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations and department standards

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding patient care

· May be necessary to work flexible shifts based on department needs

· Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy School- Doctorate required

· Proof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of employment

· Proof of USA employment eligibility

· BLS Certification
