Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, closely collaborating with hiring managers to deeply understand departmental needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement robust sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify top talent in the healthcare sector, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews, utilizing behavioral assessment techniques to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Manage communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are well-informed and engaged.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to finalize offers, negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly iCIMS, and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current sourcing techniques and ability to innovate as needed.
