Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits & Payroll Administrator who is fluent in both Japanese and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

·        Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

·        Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

·        Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.

·        Assist employees with benefits and payroll-related inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.

·        Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless benefits administration.

·        Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements.

·        Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

·        Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

·        Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Proven experience in benefits administration and payroll processing.

·        Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.

·        Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

·        Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
