Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes to meet the diverse staffing needs of the organization.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of applicants’ educational backgrounds and professional skills to effectively match them with suitable job vacancies.
  • Screen applications meticulously to select qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate and coordinate job interviews, ensuring the preparation of relevant interview questions and materials.
  • Participate in interviews alongside managers, directors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to craft offer letters, determining salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other essential job details.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on compensation analysis to support internal equity and market competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of recruitment experience, with a mix of agency and corporate settings.
  • Proven track record in managing a significant workload independently.
  • Strong capability in conducting comprehensive candidate assessments and facilitating complex interview processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with various levels of the organization.
  • Experience in compensation analysis and job offer negotiation.
