Nurse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Nurse Manager will be responsible for the coordination of the healthcare and wellness program as well as the personal care services to residents of the Assisted living or Adult Care facilities.
• This position is responsible for clinical assessments, oversight, and implementation of the approved individualized service plans as developed by the resident/family and physician to maintain the resident safely within the facility.
• This position will be Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm Must be Flexible. 

Qualifications: 

• Current RN / Registered Nurse license and registration 
• Minimum (2) two years of experience and/or training in providing services to older adults and/or residents; Related work experience may include but need not be limited to home care, residential care, adult care facilities, rehabilitation, health care management and the provision of nursing care in health care.
• PRI certification required or should be obtained within 6 months of hiring.
