Investor Relations

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 

• Responsible for leading the investor relations process at a growing credit asset manager.  
• Maintain and develop marketing materials
• Oversee the investor relations team and develop processes.
• Partner with leadership to develop IR strategy
• Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate the company strategy and market perception 
• Participate in creating investment messages in collaboration with management and other internal groups 
• Research and provide appropriate updates in response to special requests from management 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 
• At least 10 years of experience required in investor relations/marketing for private equity or private credit.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines 
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills 
• Self-starter with excellent leadership and follow-through skills
