Title: Leasing Agent

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing processes to achieve occupancy targets for two key properties
• Utilize CRM systems such as Yardi for tenant management and lease tracking.
• Engage with prospective tenants, conducting tours and answering inquiries to facilitate leasing agreements.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with fair housing regulations.
• Operate and maintain a road-legal electric vehicle provided for on-site tenant interactions and property showings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum six months of experience in leasing or a strong interest in the property leasing sector.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with clients and team members.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (annual checks required).
• Recent graduates with a keen interest in real estate and leasing are encouraged to apply.
