Responsibilities
- Act on behalf of the passenger to address any issues about the reservation.
- Ensure that car numbers and arrival times are provided to passengers
- Enter replacement rides into the taxi software database in a timely manner
- Ensure reservations are not duplicated
- Promptly answer phone lines as required
- Ensure accuracy with name, pick up location, destination, time desired
- Provide and submit detailed reports of any problems or inconsistencies in service
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize short-term goals.
- Familiarity with general office protocol and procedures, good writing, editing, and computer skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with management and support staff.
- Must exhibit patience, and have good follow-through and creative problem-solving skills.
