Responsibilities
- Deliver remote IT support to ensure a seamless and efficient working environment for all users.
- Provide on-site support for meetings, including audiovisual assistance, and train staff on technological resources.
- Manage user accounts from creation to onboarding, ensuring new employees have necessary access to company systems and information.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with IT processes and support structures.
- Respond to helpdesk inquiries promptly, ensuring solutions are effective and user-friendly.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends and support the implementation of new systems and software.
- Engage in the evaluation and testing of new software and systems, contributing to documentation and deployment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in a technical support role, particularly with Windows-based platforms and Microsoft Office products.
