Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize our benefits programs, ensuring that employees receive comprehensive and timely support. Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Ensure accurate and efficient administration of all benefits-related processes.
- Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, providing clear and accurate information and resolving any issues that arise.
- Onboarding and Enrollment: Facilitate the benefits enrollment process for new hires, ensuring they understand their options and can make informed decisions about their benefits.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all benefits programs comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Prepare and analyze benefits reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with benefits vendors and service providers to maintain high-quality service and resolve any issues related to benefits administration.
- Benefits Communication: Develop and deliver clear communication materials regarding benefits programs, including updates, changes, and open enrollment information.

Qualifications:
