Job Description
Duties:
- Settle and reconcile trades
- Assist client services with updated account performance
- Reconcile accounts on a daily basis
- Book trades in OMS (order management system)
- Monitor cash in and outflows
- Manage affirmation and confirmation process for assigned accounts or investment
- strategies
- Monitor daily fails and differences
- Collaborate with management to innovate new processes to streamline automation
- and increase effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations in the financial industry
- Proficient in Excel and vlookup
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bloomberg AIM experience a plus
- Knowledge of convertibles a plus
- BS/BA required
