Job Description
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary contact for individual clients, brokers, and sponsors
- Communicate with internal teams, fund managers, investors, and auditors
- Guide clients through the investment process and ensure consistency with IRS rules and regulations
- Answer client inquiries across all channels regarding products, services, and fees in a timely and accurate manner
- Understand new accounts, distribution, and investment processes and articulate the subject matter to all client bases
- Maintain ongoing knowledge and understanding of industry regulations
- Schedule and facilitate all client meetings and follow-ups
- Manage and respond to incoming and outgoing communications, including phone, faxes, and email
- Assist in onboarding new clients when necessary and train new team members
- Suggest process improvements when you see fit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain strong professional relationships
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Ability to proactively analyze information and make quick decisions
