Investment Analyst

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 

• Perform independent investment research on assigned areas 
• Examine and assess economic and market trends and investment portfolios 
• Calculate risks and opportunities for potential and current clients 
• Review previous investment decisions and evaluate the outcomes 
• Conduct financial models for decision-making processes 
• Compile data into reports and suggest improvements on new investment opportunities  
• Analyze relevant legal documents when necessary 
• Liaise with fund managers and other industry professionals 
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients and management 
• Report discrepancies to team leaders when necessary 
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all investment relationships 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Investment Banking, or Accounting 
• At least two years of experience in a similar role 
• In-depth knowledge of financial procedures and statistics 
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills 
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis 
• Strong research and writing abilities
