Lead Litigation Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine comprehensive legal content, including practical guidance, workflow tools, and educational materials.
• Analyze trends in the legal market to produce data-driven insights and content for legal professionals.
• Lead cross-functional projects to create innovative, technology-driven solutions that address the specific needs of litigation practitioners.
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members by providing guidance on project management and content creation.
• Maintain active engagement with the legal community through participation in conferences, webinars, and other professional gatherings to stay abreast of industry developments.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to communicate content initiatives and gather user feedback to inform future projects.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree; Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong background in Delaware Court of Chancery practices and procedures.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective legal workflow solutions for the legal, professional, or financial sectors.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a capacity for leading high-impact projects.
