Job Description
Duties:
· Assist with coordinating on- and off-site activities
· Help with scheduling and intake of candidates
· Interface across several different teams
· Assist in managing documents and tracking reports
· Manage job descriptions and postings
· Manage correspondence such as emails, faxes, letters, etc.
Requirements:
· BA degree with 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting or HR
· Highly organized with good communication and prioritizing skills
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· Experience with ATS/HRIS, Workday or Handshake is preferred
