Summary:
Legal Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the firm’s billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with 3E billing software and a strong understanding of legal billing practices.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process client invoices using 3E billing software.
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute monthly billing reports.
- Maintain and update billing records and client information.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of billing policies and procedures.
- Provide support for billing-related inquiries from clients and internal staff.
- Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal billing, with specific expertise in 3E billing software.
- Strong understanding of legal billing practices and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
