Summary:
New Jersey based law firm seeks HR Assistant, ideally with 5+ years’ experience in operations management or HR, to join their team.
Duties:
· Help optimize day-to-day functions for the team
· Assist with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures
· Onboard and train new talent
· Help develop and implement strategies to improve employee experience and enhance work environment
· Assist with payroll and HR systems
· Manage and administrate employees benefits and compliance initiatives
· Develop, edit, maintain documents, training materials, communications
Requirements:
- · Bachelors in HR, Business Admin, or other related fields
- · 5+ years of experience in operations management/HR
- · Experience in developing/implementing operating procedures, training programs, compliance systems, etc.
- · Strong knowledge and experience in benefits administration
- · Excellent communication and writing skills
- · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
