    Midtown financial firm seeks EA/Admin Assistant, ideally with some previous experience in a similar, fast-paced environment, to join them on a temporary basis.

Job Description

Duties

  • Schedule meetings, events, travel, etc. across several busy calendars  
  • Answer, screen and respond to a high volume of calls, e-mails, mail, fax, etc. 
  • Help draft, proofread, and edit correspondences and various documents 
  • Create and track expense reports 
  • Work across different departments to help plan and coordinate any office events as needed 
  • Assist the team with and manage ad hoc projects, such as research requests, data entry, filing, etc.  

 

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent 
  • Strong ability to prioritized tasks while working efficiently and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different departments 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
