Job Description
Duties:
- Schedule meetings, events, travel, etc. across several busy calendars
- Answer, screen and respond to a high volume of calls, e-mails, mail, fax, etc.
- Help draft, proofread, and edit correspondences and various documents
- Create and track expense reports
- Work across different departments to help plan and coordinate any office events as needed
- Assist the team with and manage ad hoc projects, such as research requests, data entry, filing, etc.
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong ability to prioritized tasks while working efficiently and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different departments
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
