This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and extensive knowledge of municipal construction practices, regulations, and codes.

  • Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations on the job site.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, blueprints, municipal codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, municipal officials, and inspectors. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to minimize delays.
  • Inspections: Coordinate and prepare for municipal inspections, ensuring that all required documentation and work is ready for review.
  • Budget Management: Work with the Project Manager to monitor job costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other project documentation as required by the company and the municipality.

Qualifications:
